The Lord Is My Electrician

Michael Hare - 06/09/2007

Brother David and Brethren,

Just a short note on God's great power to heal anything. My son-in-law, grandson and myself were to leave early Sunday morning from central Arkansas to Mattoon, Illinois to pick up a small concession trailer.

Anyway, I had loaned my 16' trailer out to a friend and they brought it back late Saturday night. We were going to put the concession trailer on the larger trailer for safety reasons.

Sunday morning, about 4:00 am, we hooked the 16' trailer up to my truck and the lights didn't work. We checked it out and everything was connected correctly. I told them to get in the truck because we needed to leave. About a mile down the road I prayed and commanded those lights to work in Jesus' name.

About 7 miles before we drove onto I-40, as we were going on the ramp to get onto the highway, I noticed the trailer lights working. Praise be to God. And they never turned off again. It was a great testimony to my son-in-law (who grew up as a Methodist) and grandson about God's willingness to help us in even seemingly insignificant trials.

They worked all the way there and all the way back and they are still working. When God fixes something it stays fixed. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God.
